The Betfair Launceston Cup was event managed by Event Avenue and included sourcing and full event planning of the catering, the site, amenities, transport, styling, marquee with scaffolding and security.
Pooja and Nick had their traditional Indian wedding in Launceston, and we loved the opportunity to be chosen as their wedding planner to manage all aspects of this wonderful celebration that was held over 3 days.
Catering for all sized events from small dinner parties up to 1000s of guests – we believe that “anything is possible” when it comes to what you want for your event or wedding. Having worked on a variety of sites including stretch tents, Hoeckers, outdoors, beaches, venues and everywhere in between we can achieve the vision you need.
Oktoberfest at Tamar Valley Resort was planned and managed by Event Avenue including infrastructure (Tents, furniture, lighting, toilets etc), ticketing system, on site management, live bands, entertainment, security, transport and guest services.
Emma and Paul chose Event Avenue’s full wedding planning service for their New Years Eve wedding at Josef Chromys, Launceston.
