As in every part of our event design, we create audio visual elements that work together for the style and purpose of your event; bringing together entertaining and cohesive elements that enhance the overall styling concept.

We apply lighting and sound solutions from the point of view of a creative, meaning they’re tailored exactly to the event and venue. We use tones and subtle nuances to achieve balanced visual and audio elements that bring out the best parts of your space. Your AV is planned and tweaked onsite by a creative director until it fits the space perfectly.

Our range covers everything from room lighting, washes, projectors and gobos, televisions, microphones, speakers, cordless PA systems, and special effects lighting. Combined with our styling and theming we provide you with a complete space transformation solution.

SOUND

Event Avenue has the sound equipment and skilled operators to tailor quality audio solutions to your event. Whether you only need a cordless microphone with a speaker on a stand, or require a complete Turbosound system to deliver speeches, presentations and a band to dance the night anyway, we consult and package our services to the requirements of your performers. Our ethos is to create sound that’s skilfully mixed to amplify just what you need to hear, from clear crisp speech to well balanced treble and bass.

LIGHTING

Incredible lighting transforms spaces. We love designing lighting plans that enhance a venue’s features and creates feeling for the event. Our equipment accommodates a vast range of specific and on-trend requirements for lighting, including uplighting, downlighting, colour washing, pin spotting and projections, with battery powered, weatherproof and sound responsive lighting available. We also stock festoon lighting with multiple bulb options and strand lengths, as well as fairy lights and custom light fixtures that can be fully installed by our qualified team.

Our lighting plans include consultation on required brightness and requirements surrounding photography and videography.

Outdoor Lighting

Large scale uplighting of buildings and structures, waterproof and available for short and long term installations.

Festoon Lighting

A large range of styles available from multi drop and long drop festoons with Edison bulbs, to LED globe standard style festoons – white or black strings.

Room Lighting

A range of lighting to enhance the ambience of indoor spaces with creative lighting design to include room washes and uplighting.

Projections and Gobos

Projectors (short or long throw) onto screens for conferences or gobo and creative projectors for product launches or wedding initials onto the dance floor.
