Pre-event works
Site Inspection – by our company including relaying of information to relevant suppliers. Assess transport to and from the area, parking, marquee, infrastructure placement and requirements, general access installation requirements, any foreseeable contingencies/relevant risk mitigation of the proposed site, safety, security.
 
Planning/Management
  • Venue selection & liaison – getting the venue you need to suit your requirements
  • Event Management – full or partial planning and co-ordination of your event. Supplier liaison, coordination, and management. Council permit application/s where required. Coordination and development of relevant event documentation including site maps, floor plans, run sheet, costing sheet. Development of a risk management plan/contingencies. Management of program and timely delivery of “day of” services. Management / oversight logistical support of all suppliers involved
  • Production – collaboration with other event partners, run sheet production, logistics
  • Catering – from cocktails, gourmet BBQ’s and 3 course sit down dinners. equipment requirements, menu choices, beverage consumption, staffing, dietary requirements, final numbers, dress code / uniforms.
  • Concept Design & Event Theme Selection – wow your guests with a winter wonderland, haunted house, pirate party, Bollywood or a masquerade ball etc 
  • Event Styling – complete decoration of your event to suit your chosen theme to whisk your guests imagination away!
  • Transport – from airport and venue transfers to ensure you and your guests don’t have to worry about getting to where they need to be at the right time
  • Stage management – Supply and management of AV technicians, entertainment coordination, background music, speech run sheet, AV notes
  • Entertainers – stage/AV/backline requirements, performer management
  • Photography – capture the memories
  • Invitations/Stationery – set the scene with your guests from the beginning. VIP guest and key personnel seating plans, name tags/place cards as required.
